Payment Policy :
Payments are expected after each session or by the end of each week. An automatic reminder text will be sent every Saturday, regardless of whether payment has already been made. Once you’ve completed the payment, simply reply with "sent" to confirm. 

Session Frequency & Make-Up Policy :
To ensure consistency and promote steady academic progress, a minimum of one session per week is strongly recommended. If a session is missed due to an emergency, I will make every reasonable effort to offer a make-up session within the same week, subject to availability. However, if a student cancels a session and no make-up class is scheduled, a cancellation fee will apply: the student will receive a $10 refund of the session fee, and the remaining amount will be retained to cover the missed class.
